1. Agreement to Terms

By contacting Epic Electric FL LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), submitting a quote request, scheduling a service appointment, opting in to SMS communications, or otherwise engaging with our website at epicelectric.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. About Our Company

Epic Electric FL LLC is a licensed and insured electrical contractor (FL License #EC13014725) providing residential and commercial electrical services. We are licensed to operate in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. All work is performed by or under the supervision of a licensed master or journeyman electrician.

3. SMS Messaging Program — Terms of Service

Epic Electric FL LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about their electrical service appointments and related updates. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

Opt-In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact or quote request form; or
• Verbally consenting during a phone or in-person interaction with our staff.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Epic Electric FL LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message Types

Messages sent through this program may include:

• Appointment Confirmations — Confirmation of your scheduled appointment date, time, and scope.
• Appointment Reminders — Reminder messages sent prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Technician Dispatch Notifications — Notification that a technician has been assigned and is en route, including estimated arrival time.
• Estimate Follow-Ups — Messages to discuss a pending quote or answer questions about your project.
• Post-Service Review Requests — A single follow-up message after job completion inviting you to share your experience.

We do not send unsolicited promotional messages or third-party advertising via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per service appointment. We will not send messages unrelated to your active or pending service engagement.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Epic Electric FL LLC does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time, free of charge, by replying to any of our text messages with any of the following keywords:

STOP • STOPALL • UNSUBSCRIBE • CANCEL • END • QUIT

Upon receipt of any opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data

Mobile opt-in data — including your phone number and consent status — will not be sold, rented, released, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent applies solely to communications from Epic Electric FL LLC.

4. Services

We provide residential and commercial electrical services including, but not limited to: EV charger installation, panel upgrades, service changes, circuit additions, interior and exterior lighting, generator hookups, and general electrical repairs. Services are available in our licensed service areas.

All work is subject to a written estimate or proposal. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during work. We will communicate any changes to scope or pricing before proceeding with additional work.

5. Estimates & Payment

• Free estimates are provided at no obligation for standard residential and commercial projects.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless a separate payment schedule is agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A processing fee may apply to credit card payments.
• Unpaid balances outstanding more than 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
• In the event of non-payment, you agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours' advance notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge at our discretion to cover travel and scheduling costs.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergency service calls, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant all labor performed by Epic Electric FL LLC for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion against defects in workmanship under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer or third parties
• Modifications made to our work by anyone other than our technicians
• Damage from acts of nature, power surges, flooding, or other external causes
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discoverable at the time of service
• Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and to disclose any known hazards, pre-existing conditions, or prior work that may affect our service.
• You represent that you are the property owner or have authority from the property owner to authorize the work described.
• You agree to obtain any required homeowner association approvals prior to scheduling work that may require them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Electric FL LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Electric FL LLCand its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of our services, or (c) any false or misleading information you provided to us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any written estimate or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Epic Electric FL LLC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services or continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
