1. Agreement to Terms

By contacting Epic Electric FL LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), submitting a quote request, scheduling a service appointment, or otherwise engaging with our website at epicelectric.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Epic Electric FL LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (FL License #EC13014725) providing residential and commercial electrical services in Central Florida, including but not limited to: EV charger installation, panel upgrades, interior and exterior lighting, generator hookups, and general electrical repairs.

All work is subject to a separate written estimate or proposal. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By providing your phone number and/or email address — whether through our website contact form, over the phone, via text message, or in person — you expressly consent to be contacted by Epic Electric FL LLC using those channels for the following purposes:

• Appointment Confirmation — We will confirm your scheduled appointment via SMS and/or email to ensure you have the correct date, time, and scope of work.
• Technician Dispatch Notifications — We will notify you when a technician has been assigned and is en route to your location, including estimated arrival time.
• Appointment Reminders — We may send reminder messages prior to your scheduled appointment to reduce missed visits.
• Review Requests — After job completion, we may send a single follow-up message asking you to share your experience on Google or another review platform.
• Estimates & Follow-ups — We may contact you to discuss your estimate, answer questions, or follow up on a pending quote.

This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or by notifying us directly at office.epicelectricfl@gmail.com. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages.

4. Estimates & Payment

• Free estimates are provided at no obligation for standard residential and commercial projects.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply to credit card payments.
• Unpaid balances past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergency calls, or other circumstances, and will notify you promptly.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Electric FL LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
